TORTE CAKES Chocolate
Mousse: Four layers of chocolate cake that
has been brushed with creme de cocoa and filled with light, creamy chocolate
mousse. The outside is covered with chocolate mousse and garnished with dark
chocolate shavings and swirls of chocolate mousse on top. White
Chocolate Mousse: White cake, brushed with
creme de cocoa, four layers in all, filled with white chocolate mousse. The
outside is covered with more creamy white chocolate mousse and then completely
covered with shavings and curls of real white chocolate. Black
Forest Cherry: Three layers of dark
chocolate cake lightly brushed with cherry Kirsch. The bottom two layers are
filled with chocolate mousse and dark sweet pitted cherries. The top two layers
are filled with whipped cream and more dark cherries. The outside is covered
with whipped cream, even more cherries and dark chocolate shavings. Lemon:
Four
layers of white cake filled with tangy lemon filling. The outside is covered in
whipped cream and garnished with candied lemon slices. Chocolate
Mint: Four layers of dark chocolate cake,
brushed with creme de menthe and filled with cool creme de menthe mousse. Iced
in mint mousse and covered with dark chocolate shavings and garnished with
chocolate-mint candies. Mocha
Kahula: Four
layers of dark chocolate cake brushed with Kahula and filled with mocha mousse.
Iced in Mocha mousse and covered with dark chocolate shavings and garnished with
candied coffee beans. Strawberry
Mousse: Three layers of white cake, brushed
with Amaretto, filled with fresh sliced strawberries and whipped cream. Covered
with whipped cream and garnished with fresh strawberries and sliced almonds. Strawberry
Romanoff:
(also known as Italian Cassada Cake): Three
layers of white cake brushed with Amaretto and filled with vanilla pastry cream
and fresh sliced strawberries. Iced in whipped cream and garnished with fresh
strawberries and sliced almonds. Italian
Rum: Four layers of white cake brushed
with rum and filled alternately with chocolate and vanilla rum pastry cream.
Iced with whipped cream and garnished with sliced almonds and topped with both
dark and white chocolate curls. Macadamia
Nut: Four layers of dark chocolate cake
brushed with Amaretto filled with chocolate mousse and macadamia nuts. Covered
with chocolate mousse and garnished with chopped and whole macadamia nuts. Pina
Colada: Four layers of white cake brushed
with rum and filled with rum spiked pastry cream that is loaded with chunks of
pineapple and sweet coconut. Iced with whipped cream and garnished with toasted
coconut and wedges of fresh pineapple. Raspberry
Cream: Four layers of white cake, brushed
with raspberry liqueur, filled with raspberry mousse and whole raspberries. The
sides are covered with whipped cream and it is topped with raspberry mousse and
whole raspberries.
DESSERT CAKES Peach
Melba: Light
almond flavored cake filled with fresh peaches in a vanilla pastry cream. Topped
with peach filling and iced with real French vanilla buttercream and surrounded
with sliced almonds. Gran
Marnier: Gran
Marnier Liqueur flavored cake filled with a vanilla pastry cream that has been
lightly splashed with Gran Marnier. Iced with real French vanilla buttercream
and garnished on top with candied orange peel. The sides are then covered with
dark chocolate shavings. Death
By Chocolate: This one
is a “Doozey”! Four layers of cake, each one filled with a different
chocolate filling. The first filling is a dark chocolate ganache, then rich
chocolate bavarian cream and then light chocolate mousse. The cake is then
covered with the darkest, fudgiest, glossiest chocolate icing that you have ever
had! Wait, we’re not done yet, we then pack the whole outside of the cake with
tiny semi-sweet chocolate chips. The top is garnished with even more chocolate.

Cream Cake: Hazelnut
cake is loaded with ground fresh roasted hazelnuts and filled and iced with a
light milk chocolate French buttercream and garnished with coarsely chopped
hazelnuts. Perfect compliment to a fresh cup of coffee. Jamaican
Mocha-Rum Cake: Rich
mocha flavored cake that has been “spiked” with real Jamaican rum. Filled
with a rum cream and iced with real French vanilla buttercream and garnished
with candied coffee beans. Turtle
Cake: One layer
of chocolate-pecan cake and one layer of rich caramel flavored cake. Filled with
chocolate fudge and topped with pecans and gooey caramel that spills over the
dark chocolate fudge icing that covers the sides. Raspberry
Cheesecake-Cake: Is it a cheesecake or a
cake?...You decide. On the bottom is a raspberry-swirl New York style cheesecake
that is topped with fruity raspberry filling, then a layer of delicate white
cake, then more raspberry filling, then more cake! The top is covered with
raspberry filling and the sides are covered with real French vanilla
buttercream. The same configuration is also available in Apricot or Lemon
flavors. All are completely different than anything you have ever had before! Italian
Cannoli Cake: Light yellow genoise cake,
four layers in all, filled with rich Italian cannoli filling. The filling is
made the traditional way with real ricotta cheese, mini chocolate chips, and
just a hint of cinnamon. The outside is covered with real vanilla Buttercream
and garnished with more mini chocolate chips. The top is decorated with swirls
of chocolate buttercream dotted with even more cannoli filling. *All cakes are 10” in diameter and will
